My pictures are generated by the need for recognizing and exploring, with photography, the most intimate expressions of places and people.
My work focuses on the balance between my inner world and the outer one, living outside me, in it I watch for traces of the past and what emerges in the presence, beyond
appearances, looking inside and beyond things.
I am interested in the deep structures underlying shapes, whether they are urban architectures, great historical
monuments, or industrial landscapes. I see photography as a tool allowing me to observe the signs time leave on these inexorably everchanging landscapes.
